Lockhart Munitions holds a Federal Firearms Manufacturing License and a Special Occupation Tax Stamp. (07 FFL/SOT) This means we are able to take direct shipments of firearms from customers from anywhere in the US. We can also send the project directly back to you with no FFL on your end, as this is considered gunsmith work under federal laws and the firearm does not change ownership.
You will need to fill out the Order Form. Please include a copy of the form and a copy of your valid driver’s license in the package. If you have a quote for a special project quote from us you can include it instead of the order from. When the project is completed you can pay by Check, Money Order, Credit or Debit Card. We will send you an invoice upon the completion and you can send a payment then or you can send it with your project. Please allow extra time for payment to clear if sending it after completion. There is also the ability to pay the invoice electronically when you receive it.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to comply with all federal and state firearms laws and shipping company policies when sending firearms. Please check your local laws prior to shipping. This only applies to parts designated as a “firearm” or when sending a complete firearm.
